How ADHD is Evaluated

ADHD is diagnosed using a multi-modal clinical approach, not a single test. Your evaluation includes:- Clinical Interview
- DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria
- Symptom rating scales
- Objective computerized cognitive assessments
- Differential diagnosis
- Evidence-based treatment planningNo single test diagnoses ADHD. All results are interpreted within the context of a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.

What's included:- Comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluation
- ADHD clinical assessment using DSM-5-TR criteria
- Detailed clinical interview and developmental history
- Differential diagnosis
- Validated symptom rating scales1) You will receive questionnaires/forms and complete them prior to your first meeting.
2) You will meet with a PMHNP for 90 minutes virtually for a comprehensive evaluation.
3) You will then take remote, computer-based objective tests at your convenience.
4) After completing your computerized, objective testing, you will have a 30-45 min follow-up meeting to review results of your ADHD report findings. You will receive a copy of your report at that time.Please email us at [email protected] to schedule your assessment.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letter
